Yantai Mitian won the bidding and got 80000㎡ land for industrial use in Fushan District
11-03-2020On June 7th, Yantai Mitian won the bidding and got a total of 80375.00㎡ land for industrial use which extends from the north of the planning road to the west of the western auxiliary road of the expressway. It’ll be used for integrating the six subsidiaries which are Fudi, Fuzhen, Fulin, Fushan, Aikai Tianlong and Dayang and 7 workshops of Yantai Mitian. This integration can help Mitian realize the seamless connection in processes and therefore can improve production efficiency and fulfill the one-stop delivery and finally serve customers better.
The total size of the new industrial park is 116000㎡. Within the park, there are 8 workshop buildings, 1 office building and 3 dormitory buildings. Areas to deal with sewage, exhaust and offscum as well as boiler rooms are also equipped. To speed up the construction, the company particularly established a factory construction team to carry out various formalities. Now the industrial park layout is actively going underway.
The new park construction is planned to be launched in November, 2020 and will be finished in 2021 then put into use accordingly.
